Breathing
control your breathing

Breathing is the most important part of our existence… but if we pay attention to our breathing we might find out... we don't. Our brain cells don't get enough food and oxygen.

If we carefully observe our face we might notice that our eyeballs are bouncing back and forth in our head and a group of muscles next to our nose area keep on constricting in an up and down motion …


Blinking: helps to relax facial muscles

Open your eyes wide hold it open as wide as you can… press down your eyelid see if you feel like a buzzing sensation.


Posture
Super Important

Sitting strait or bending backward can help with the blood circulation around the stomach area where can be a lot of tension.


If you have have any health issues please understand that you might be unable to perform some of the breathing exercises.

Physical balance is... like the sensory points all through our body connected to our brain cells… providing the information about how much place one's takes up in the universe or the university...whatever.

The connections provide a sense of being..

Maintaining our balance by a specific exercise.

1.. . Hyperventilate by taking 5 or 6 quick deep breaths.

2… take a very deep breath and constrict all of your muscles (pull yourself together) Hold it.

Soon as you start to feel uncomfortable very slowly let go.... breathe out and relax when you can't let go anymore constrict slightly… that could be your balance point. See if your automatic breathing kicks in.

What about them endorphins….

Don't use them… too bad we do not have a choice…

Endorphins are like 'emergency medicine'...addiction to them is the worst addiction…. to bad we do not have a choice.

Their levels keep on fluctuating.

Too bad.

When the endorphin's levels are high we could feel numb or even feel good… 

When their level is low..  

Forget it…

How can we beat an endorphin addiction?

Burping: it is a cleansing 'mechanism'.

If you have a headache or some other  discomfort coming on start burping... do it 20-30 if it's does not help do it again.

Spiting is an other cleansing mechanism.

If you have a cold or an allergy don't swallow your saliva get a small container and keep on spitting in it if needed for hours.
